General Sales Manager, Tonbridge

OTE £80,000 + Company Vehicle and package

Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced & talented General Sales Manager with an exceptional track record in a similar role.

You must be hungry, and be able to demonstrate outstanding qualities to be considered for this role. You must be confident, positive and have excellent selling skills with the ability to lead, coach and motivate the management team and their extended sales teams. An appreciation and experience of the aftersales business would be warmly received.

The General Sales Manager will be responsible for the running of the sales department- Achieving business and manufacturer targets- Maximising volume, profits and diligent expense control- Responsible for providing an extremely high level of customer experience through the management team.

You must be in a Senior Sales Management Role within a franchised dealer environment- Highly confident, articulate high achieving individual with a passion for excellent results. Experience in leadership and providing vision to the whole business and deputising in the Head of Business’ absence. An excellent communicator at all levels, with the ability in influencing Group Directorship.
