An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager preferably from a sales background.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in dealership management with a sales back ground.
As a talented Sales/General Manager, you'll run a leading dealership as if it was your own business. That means delivering an amazing customer experience that builds loyalty and maximizes profits. In return, you'll have all the scope and support you need to achieve real career success.
You'll be involved in every aspect of running your dealership but with a close focus on the sales department.
A real people person, you'll constantly inspire excellence and consistently motivate, energise and drive-up the performance levels of your team. With a strategic approach to business, you'll recruit key team members, control cash flow, stocks and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You'll also maintain strong manufacturer relationships and help increase sales through promotional activity.
You will also be expected to attend and complete the franchise leadership training programme.
