A General Sales Manager is required by our Dealership client to lead an established sales team in Leamington Spa.

The successful Car Sales Manager will be, above all, a coach and mentor - with a proven track record of developing and retaining an effective and happy team of Sales Executives and Business Managers. The Car Sales Manager will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
The Sales Manager will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating, coaching and managing the whole team.
