We are currently seeking to recruit a highly experienced and professional General Sales Manager to join our client's Main Franchise Dealership in the Cambridgeshire area.

It is essential that candidates have a proven record in successfully managing a large sales team to reach or exceed their sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a big personality and be able to drive and get the best out of the team.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the strategic direction and operational implementation within this business. You will develop a culture of outstanding performance through regular communication, team building and coaching.
