An exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager has become available. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a volume based Sales Department within a main dealer environment, ideally with premium brand experience.
The role will be managing a large team producing high levels of profitable sales on a consistent basis. The role demands a strong understanding of the Sales Process, volume and deal maximisation as well as strong people management. Your role will be to ensure that your sales department meets its Sales, F&I and Customer Care targets. You will actively lead the sales team's daily activities and provide hands on support to achieve volume and margin objectives.
You will have the ability to manage your team to maximise every sales opportunity, as well as being able to motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Proficiency in using, Deal Maximising systems such as EGM are desired. For the right candidate, this role will offer the opportunity to grow and develop within the group.
