The role is for a General Manager, working with quite possibly the best in the business in terms of product and the organisation. In fact, one of the UK’s largest independent prestige, sports and 4x4 dealerships with over £10 million worth of vehicles in stock on one site and a turnover in excess of £80 million per annum.
You will be a previous General Manager / Dealer Principle with group responsibilities, ready to shake away the shackles of the PLC environment. Process driven, a strong, respected leader but most of all, hungry to not only meet targets but to drive the business in-line with the huge expansion, currently taking place.
With the very best in technology and a vision at the forefront of the market, you will benefit from an uncapped O.T.E with a £150,000 salary being completely obtainable.
Your experience managing multi-million pound sites will hold you in great stead. The right candidate must:
Be able to create and maintain a team environment
Be able to increase P.P.U and sales by 15-20%
Be thinking long term with the desire to become a shareholder
Have experience in running a large prestige franchise site to a minimum of General Sales Manager level
Have a solid job history
Be able to provide documented evidence of your success at your current dealership, including profit and C.S.I
Be able to provide two excellent references from previous employers
