The successful candidate should be an energetic, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate a large number of staff in various departments. You should already have experience at GM level within the franchised Motor Trade and possess the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact in the dealership as well as recruit, train and motivate the staff. You must be used to dealing with large numbers of both new and used cars and upholding the standards that both the group and the manufacture will demand. Key responsibilities also include maintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.
