Fleet Car Sales Executive required for a franchised dealership in Brentford.
As a Fleet Car Sales Executive you would be concerned with agreeing valuations and sales contracts, all necessary administrative requirements such as paperwork and updating the customer database. You would also be responsible for conducting appraisals of vehicles presented for part exchange.
Requirements of the role:
- As a Fleet Car Sales Executive you will need a full UK driving licence.
-It would be preferred to have previous Car Sales experience to fulfil this role.
-The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate their excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
-A main priority of this role is to achieve and exceed targets.
-High attention to detail and great organisation skills is key to this role as priority setting and accurate administrative records are essential.
-Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all franchise fleet vehicles, dealership prices, promotions, whole life costs, business funding and taxes is essential for this role.
-Managing customer complaints where necessary and resolving issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the dealership.
