Key Purpose of Role
Working as an integral part of the market area leadership team, you’ll be the champion for great HR practices, identifying new initiatives and opportunities which directly respond to organisational challenges and requirements to drive great business performance.
In a busy and often complex environment, you’ll develop strong and sustainable relationships quickly and have an ability to influence our most senior leaders through the provision of specialist HR advice, underpinned by excellent commercial acumen.
Working with the HR Centres of Excellence, you will have accountability for developing and implementing people plans covering all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring the provision of integrated interventions and solutions that drive a high performance culture and deliver against the key business priorities.
You will have natural desire and inquisitive nature to ensure you are at the forefront of your field both in terms of business partnering practices, but in your knowledge of the premium automotive sector.
