As Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets and objectives, formulating policies to achieve maximum profitability and delivering results on sales performance. You will of course achieve this by motivating and developing the sales teams, creating the deal and managing your stock effectively. You will need to be a committed person who wants to deliver results and work hard to help the business grown further.
Without question the successful candidate will have an excellent track record of sales management experience within the retail motor industry.
