The purpose of a Business Manager is to prepare and use a planned sales presentation designed to achieve maximum sales and profit from available sales opportunities and to achieve the Company's agreed targets.
It is very important that every effort is made to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Every customer must be treated politely and professionally.
The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer care and to work towards further improving the CSI ratings of the dealership.
It will be the responsibility of the Business Manager to ensure that all paperwork and admin relating to their sales are carried out according to the dealership's procedures and practices.
Accurate monthly reports must be completed and given to the Sales Manager and Finance Director.
You must always comply with standards as laid down by the Financial Services Authority and to comply with all the Quality Standards agreed within the dealership and to have personal responsibilities for the application of the Dealership Policy and Procedures.
