Our client, a well respected LARGE DEALER GROUP, is looking to recruit a proven and experienced BUSINESS MANAGER at one of its largest PRESTIGE FRANCHISE Dealerships in WEST YORKSHIRE.
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for incremental F+I income along with the sales of Gap, Paint Sealant and other value added products in line with the company KPI's. You will be responsible for FSA compliance and will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral. You will also measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.
You will be a proven performer who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, having the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic personality and someone with the ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer. As a natural leader you will possess the ability to manage and motivate those around you, driving others to increase their contribution to the business.
