The Delivery Manager, reporting to the Regional Delivery Manger is responsible for execution of all deliveries within their area of responsibility. This person will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of deliveries to adhere to the defined KPI’s including but not exclusive to customer satisfaction, yield and turnaround time. The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the locations in the area of responsibility are operationally effective and efficient. The role will need to work cross functionality with service, logistics, sales, admin and manufacturing teams to ensure all cars are delivered in a timely manner whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved at all times. This person will also be responsible in mentoring the Delivery Experience Specialists to help achieve the business goals and ensure that staff needs are met.
