We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to work in a central sales team based at our newly acquired business in Acocks Green, Birmingham.
The core responsibilities will be to respond to all central sales and aftersales leads and respond to all online web enquiries within a short timeframe..
Using our customers database, you will make contact with customers to fully qualify their requirements and ultimately secure appointments for our showrooms.
You will be joining a highly successful Sales and Marketing Department run by the largest Nissan Dealer Group within the UK. In recent years Nissan has experienced massive growth within its car and LCV product ranges, plus they are the market leader in Electric vehicles. You will have the ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations, build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, understand and apply customer service techniques and to focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a call centre and/or handling web based enquiries, not necessarily within motor retailing.
