Motofix is one of the UKs leading Accident Repair Solution providers servicing both the Insurer and Fleet sectors from eight locations.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a prompt claims handling service with timely and accurate infomation on claims procedures to our clients. These services are delivered by telephone, you will also be required to meet and greet customers in a friendly / professional manner, deal with repair booking and up-selling any additional services.
:- Act as the 'public face.'
:- Process claims entry and documentation within Service Level Guidelines
:- Provide a professional meet and greet service
:- Use in-house systems to complete daily claim admin duties
:- Update clients and work providers on claims/repair progress
:- Maintain a basic knowledge of our services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries
Skills/ Experience & Qualifications:
:- At least 3 years experience of dealing with customers in a retail environment
:- Ability to juggle tasks whilst delivering an excellent customer experience
:- Proactiveness and an energetic approach to work
:- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise
:- Computer keyboard skills
:- Ability to work comfortably with customers / insurers at all levels
:- Active listening and telephone skills / strong verbal communication skills
