Our client, a highly respected main dealer in the CM postcode area of Essex is currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Operator to join their extremely busy team of 3. They are looking for someone to administer the Service enquiries both via the phone and internet.

Working as part of a successful team, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound general calls, receiving, answering and resolving all online dealership enquiries, and making outbound calls for Service events.
You must be a good communicator, have a bright and confident personality, be very customer focused and have excellent organisational skills. Good typing and IT skills are essential. You will need to have knowledge of the latest servicing offers to promote to customers.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who has experience within a Customer Service, Sales Office, Telesales or Call Centre environment, offering a very attractive salary plus commission/bonus package.
