Our Client, a main franchised dealership in Peterborough have the requirement for a Contact Centre Executive to join their team.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls into the centre.
This will include: maintaining an awareness of the relevant consumer and local market influences; maintaining sufficient knowledge of all products and services; and being able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Previous experience is not required, although a passion for maintaining high standards is. Further to this, you need to have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the business; have excellent attention to detail; be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; work@on your own initiative; and be able to meet deadlines.
Working hours rota:
Monday to Friday
Week 1: 7.30am-5.00pm,@
Week 2: 8.00am-5.30pm,@
Week 3: 8.30am-6.00pm (1 Thursday before and 1 Tuesday after off when working full weekend in)
Saturday 1 in 4: 8.30am-5.00pm
Saturday 1 in 4: 9.30am-1.00pm
Sunday 1 in 4: 10.00am-4.00pm
