Our After sales Contact Centre based in Minworth, are recruiting for a full time Contact Centre Advisor to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

* Contact our existing customers to secure bookings for work due, ie Service and MOT
* Generate additional valuation appointments
* Respond efficiently and professionally to incoming contacts on behalf of our 4 Honda Dealerships and schedule appointments for Service and Repair work
* Advising customers on routine maintenance requirements and providing quotations
* Cross-sell and Upsell the full range of services and  additional items, such as Service plans and Used Car Guarantees
* Ensure customer data is accurate and kept up to date following each Customer Contact

Motor Trade experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will be:
