We are looking to recruit a Commercial Van Sales Manager at our Volume Main Dealership based in Grimsby. Previous experience of working within the motor trade is essential.
We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for "driving excellence" in all that we do ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities will include
Maximising the sales and profitability of Commercial Vehicles both new and used.
Delivering a professional, personal and enjoyable customer service.
Developing and managing new and used sales processes.
Ensuring revenue growth to meet business plan targets.
Ensuring optimum stock of vehicles.
Win new business in line with agreed parameters.
Visiting new businesses around the local area to prospect.
The successful candidate should possess the following
A proven record within the motor industry and outstanding sales and marketing skills.
A successful track record of Commercial Vehicle sales with proven records of continually reaching targets and KPI's.
Excellent IT skills.
Tenacious and driven.
Strong negotiator, possessing excellent presentation skills.
Self management and drive.
The successful candidate must have
At least 2 years' experience within a similar role.
Sales experience within the commercial motor trade.
Leadership skills and experience.
