Our client is looking for a service advisor to assist in their busy Commercial dealership in Plymouth. You will have experience of working in a busy Commercial Service Department, preferably in a multi franchised motor dealership. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore, excellent customer service skills both over the phone and face to face are essential. You will be booking in work within the capacity and capabilities of the department, raising job cards correctly, inputting customer vehicle data and providing precise repair instructions. The ideal candidate will be organised, a good communicator, be a team player and be able to work under pressure. Kerridge experience will be preferred.
