Working for this volume franchise, the ideal candidate for this role will capitalise on every profit opportunity whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer care.
You will need to be focused on achieving targets, goals and meeting KPI's. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and show that you are a self-motivated, dynamic team player. You will be expected to maintain your data and the quality thereof as well as increasing the productivity of the sales team ensuring full use of all resources. Knowledge of Pinnacle and / or Kerridge CRM is an advantage but not essential.
