Our client, a leading national dealer group is looking to recruit an experienced SALES ADMINISTRATOR based in Harlow, Essex. The role is to cover Maternity Leave and will be up to one year. Full or part time candidates considered. The position may go to a permanent contract.

We are looking for a very talented, enthusiastic Vehicle Administrator who ideally will have recent experience working in vehicle administration. You must have superb telephone handling and customer service skills and be organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Customer Order Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Sales Team Support & Communication
• Data Management
• Document Management
• Customer Satisfaction
