Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on behalf of our client an established car dealership in the Chislehurst area.
As an experienced Sales Administrator you will be responsible for vehicle and stock ordering, stock control, taxing and invoicing for vehicles being sold by the dealerships fleet department. You will also be required to assist with delivery arrangements where required leasing with the manufacturer, fleet company or broker and customer.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin department providing assistance to the fleet sales executive.
You will need to be: Organised, friendly and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable Self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good with English (verbally and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office), able to work in a team.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential as is experience using dealer management software and invoicing.
Applicants must have recent motor trade main dealer sales administration experience.
