Our client a prestige franchised dealership in Northampton have the highly desirable opportunity for a Business Manager to join their highly successful team.
As a Business Manager you will approach situations with an enthusiastic win-win attitude, to ensure that the dealership, your colleagues and our customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused, you should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating financial solutions and value-added products. Your key responsibilities will include: Establishing customer needs and using this information to sell them financial solutions; Complying with FCA Regulations; maintaining a supportive relationship with all dealership departments; and advising, implementing and maintaining rigid processes within departments in order to meet the dealership targets.
Previous and proven experience as a Business Manager within the motor trade is essential, premium or prestige brand experience would be advantageous. You must also hold a full UK driving license.
