Our client a very well respected and progressive dealer group is looking to recruit a proven BUSINESS MANAGER for its very busy main dealership in GRANTHAM.

This role is for both the New and Used Car Departments and as such you will be responsible for incremental F+I income along with the sales of Gap and other value added products in line with the company KPI's. You will be responsible with the Sales Manager for FSA compliance and will work with him to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral. You will also be actively involved in putting the deals together for the Sales Executives. You will also measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.

You will be a proven performer, with a settled career history in the Motor Trade, who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, having the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic personality and someone with the ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer. As a natural leader you will possess the ability to manage and motivate those around you, driving others to increase their contribution to the business.

This position attracts a remuneration package commensurate with the calibre of person our client is looking for along with a company car and an uncapped OTE of £45,000.
