About the Role
Joining them as a Business Development Manager, you will work to improve their market position and contribute to financial growth. Targeting independent and franchised dealer prospects, you will build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of the vehicle remarketing and automotive market conditions.
In addition to this, you will be required to attend industry functions such as association events and conferences, providing feedback and information on market and creative trends. You will identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and use your knowledge of the market and their competitors to identify and develop their unique selling propositions and differentiators.
They are looking for a tenacious, highly driven individual who has a proven record of success in B2B sales. Engaging and confident with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, you will have a good understanding of the sales process and be self-motivated with the hunger to succeed.
Having previously worked in a target, SLA and KPI driven environment, you will have exceptional presentation skills and be able to build and develop relationships at a variety of levels. Knowledge of the car and commercial vehicle market and their competitors is highly desirable but not essential.
