Business Development Manager – Essex/South East
Branches Comprising of Chadwell Heath, Chelmsford, Harlow and Thurrock.
GSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s largest branded motor factor businesses, and since September 2015, we’ve been part of The Parts Alliance too! Belonging to the Parts Alliance trading group brings us into a collective network of over 300 branches, further strengthening the competitive position of the business.
We still operate independently within The Parts Alliance directly employing over 1,000 members of staff in a network of 69 branches across the UK and Ireland, as well as two major distribution centres in Birmingham and Heathrow and three Regional Distribution Centres.
GSF branches are all about team work and we are looking for the right person to support our Branch Sales Team to achieve challenging sales and profit targets. Our Business Development Managers spend most of their time on the road, visiting customers and building our business. However this isn't just a rep’s role, you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the branch, while also being accountable for achieving your own sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Show the right attitude and we’ll help you prepare for the day when you may be ready to manage your own branch.
The Successful candidate for this role will be a highly efficient, well organised individual with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
Sales experience within the automotive industry is essential, as is the ability to work to demanding timescales.
