The role calls for field based sales team developing regional fleet business (B2B) in their designated post coded areas, operating from one of our dealer sites.
The successful candidate will report to the Fleet General Manager, working towards agreed targets. You must be able to demonstrate a proven fleet sales background, or a proven track record of B2B sales in a non Motor Trade environment.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have an enthusiastic personality; an ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary package that will involve a basic salary and an open ended uncapped commission structure. A basic salary package of £20,000 + Commission with no upper limit. OTE £45,000 including car, mobile, laptop etc.
