You will have responsibility for handling all of the administration functions of the bodyshop department as well advising customers. You will be advising of work carried out and identify opportunities for extra work. You will be enthusiastic with great customer service skills, outstanding attention to detail and current working knowledge of computer based systems. The role includes supporting the other Bodyshop Advisors, customer orders, Document Management, Data Management and good communicating with other departments.
Ideally you will have current experience in a similar role with a main dealer or independent, be computer literate and must be able to work in a busy environment, accurately to deadlines and under pressure.
On offer is a salary package including a BASIC FROM £18,000+, plus OVERTIME and flexible hours.
