BMW & MINI Finance and Insurance Administrator

In order to ensure that we maintain our high standard of customer care we are looking to recruit BMW & MINI Finance and Insurance Administrators to join our teams based in Warrington and Chester.

Reporting to the BMW & MINI Sales Managers the purpose of the job is to continuously maintain the standards and criteria required for customer satisfaction.
Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell add-on products. 
  • Reliable and focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel package / IT experience.
  • Sales experience.

 

Knowledge of FCA and financial products would be advantageous.
