As a Trade Parts Sales Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the North West London Trade Parts Operation, overseeing all aspects of the business from sales to warehousing to parts delivery.
To create and deliver effective sales and marketing plans, achieving maximum commitment and motivation from staff.
To Develop and agree parts plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
Ensure stock optimisation to satisfy customer demand whilst minunising capital commitment
To organise, direct and control staff within the department
To contribute as part of the management team to success and development of the TPS Businesses.
A proficient leader and able to successfully motivate a team, you will ensure the Centre achieves and meets all financial and market objectives in the short, medium and long term. Management, experience is essential and experience with marketing, structure plans for increasing sales and reviews with staff are essential.
