Our client, an Independent Service Centre in the Bedfordshire area, is currently looking to hire an experienced and qualified Technician for their busy Service Centre.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who can carry out MOT's quickly and efficiently to VOSA Standards. You will need to hold a valid SMART Card and have a stable work history. Although this is required it is not essential and they will be happy to put your through the Smart card qualification.
As well as technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle, you may have a thorough knowledge of the electrical and electronic components of a vehicle and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.
You will need to be a team player and hard worker. You will need to have an excellent attitude to work and take pride in a job well done.
You will ideally live within the Bedfordshire area or be able to travel to the Bedfordshire area, have a working experience of MOT Testing and be qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent and hold a valid SMART Card.
Our client offers a competitive salary package with the opportunity for bonus.
