My client, a well respected, privately owned expanding dealer group. Have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Reception Manager. This is a modern facility that is very busy and will offer you the opportunity to display your potential. As an experienced Senior Service Advisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Service Advisors who will be responsible for, liaising with customers face to face and over the phone, costing and invoicing using the Kerridge system. You will be responsible for allocating work to Technicians and ensuring they are keeping the service advisors up to date in regards to work in progress as there is no workshop controller on site. You are responsible for handling customer complaints and ensuring the department is meeting set objectives in regards to customer satisfaction and sales. You will need to have at least 2/3 years experience as a Senior Service Advisor and have a proven track record of overseeing a team of advisors and handling customer complaints and allocating work to Technicians.
