Automotive Parts Supervisor / Assistant Manager required in Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary circa £21k + Bonuses £25,000+ OTE
42 hours per week
Our Automotive Client in Sheffield is looking to employ an experienced Parts Supervisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This is a busy and big department and would suit a vastly experienced parts professional or a parts manager of a small department.
Purpose of the role;
1) To supervise the department
2) To ensure all manufacturer standards are met and achieved
3) To build effect rapport with customers, and to effectively establish their parts requirement needs.
4) To ensure company stocking targets are achieved
5) To work closely with the Parts Manager assisting day to day tasks in department
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent experience within a Parts main dealer department.
