Automotive Parts Advisor
Our client a franchised main car dealership in Colchester, is looking to employ an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team.
As part of our clients main car dealership aftersales team you will be responsible for:
-meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
-ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
-checking in parts deliveries
-liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customer
- proving quotations
-core computing skills including web systems and the use of excel
-promoting additional products, accessories and warranties
Candidates must have excellent customer skills, a keen eye for detail and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent main car dealership experience within a Parts Advisor role and possess a full, clean driving licence. Previous experience with Kerridge Autoline would be an advantage.
