You will have overall responsibility for the strategic agenda of the business, growing scales and leading, developing and empowering your staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensuring you achieve short and long term business objectives
Dealing with day-to-day site issues
Developing and maintaining relationships with the franchise
Ensuring long term profitability and stability of the dealership
Providing guidance, training and motivation to all staff
Managing the performance of staff to achieve key targets
Ensuring any customer complaints are dealt with properly and promptly
Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
Develop and implement marketing
You must be able to provide evidence of a strong, stable and productive career. You will need to influence your staff by having strong leadership skills whilst having the ability to grow the businesses relationship with its clients.
