Our Client, A successful Fleet Management Company in Leeds are looking for an Accident Management Administrator to take their team forward.

JOB ROLE:

The core objective of this role is to be a valuable administrative support to the accident management team. A team administrator must respond to requests and queries and be fully compliant in all aspects of Customer Service. They must interact competently with all internal/external customers, suppliers and colleagues. Experience in motor claims or fleet management is a must.

ENVIRONMENT:
Working in a team of 11, working on a variety of tasks split between administration and phone work. Working within tight deadlines and adhering to internal service standards. This is demanding role which requires exceptional strengths in administration.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide administrative support to the Team Leader and their team, to develop the maximum strength of relationship from clients.

To be a point of contact for general customer related enquiries and any other administrative matters relating to the running of the accounts and processes within the team. Offering support to the team relating to general queries and take responsibility when instructed for:

* Logging incoming claims from drivers
* Liaising with insurance companies/repairers/drivers/inspecting engineers
* Processing repair invoices
* Processing of incoming correspondence
* Arranging of hire cars where required
* Controlling claims progression
* Filing of correspondence/daily work loads
* Scanning of correspondence and documents
* Dealing with driver queries and complaints
* Controlling repair progression
* Established daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements

This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to carry out other requests/tasks by the team.
