Assistant Service Manager
My client is looking for an Assistant Service Manager within the automotive industry and as such you must have dealership experience.
The main responsibilities are to assist the service manager in organising service activities to ensure the departments efficient and profitable operation. Profitability will be through effective marketing and sales. You will be assisting the service manager with the coaching and mentoring of the service team. It will also be your responsibility to ensure all customer are highly satisfied.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Service adviser, as well as experience with Kerridge and OneLink. You will be able to demonstrate leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation.
