We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager based at our Brighton dealership. You must currently be employed within a service environment, but are looking to develop your skills further, aiming to become a Service Manager.
As an Assistant Service Manager, excellent communication and customer service skills are a prerequisite, along with high levels of energy and enthusiasm, as part of this role is to assist and deputise for the Service Manager in the running of the department, along with undertaking the usual day to day duties of a Service Advisor.
For this role of Assistant Service Manager you need to have a very good knowledge of Keridge/CDK and ideally an understanding of the SEAT, Renault or Mazda brand.
Hour of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a one in three rota basis.
