Role overview:

Working for a manufacturer, you will be responsible for Corporate end-user registrations within a defined geographical area from the public and private sector. With the end-user always in mind you will support the coordination and communication with business partners / public authorities and/or dealers within your area of responsibility

 Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Prospect, account manage and maximize customer purchases in line with plan and budget
  • Develop local Contract Hire relationships to increase brand penetration onto Contract Hire fleets
  • Identify volume opportunities and grow brand share and volume in Corporate Fleets
  • Maximise use of the brand’s Corporate Support Centre team to ensure time spent on customer facing activity to either improve customer relationships or generate additional corporate sales
  • Operate within set budget and variable expense levels
  • Feed all relevant market and competitor intelligence back into the Corporate management team
  • Actively promote the brand and products and achieve optimum customer satisfaction
  • Collate, input and update all relevant customer information as necessary onto in-house database, including key grade level data e.g. rentals, WLC’s, benchmark / popular vehicles, competitor comparisons etc – in order to maximise Brand opportunities   
  • Complete accurate, specific and timely customer meeting reports combined with all relevant next actions in line with customer needs & territory sales targets
  • Maintain and regularly update Territory Plan to include pipeline volume with all relevant clients combined with the construction of strategies and tactics designed to maximise Brand registration volume and profitability in the designated territory with special attention paid to key account management and winning business with new target customers  
  • Promote / increase the awareness of the Brand in designated territory via effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate customers within a defined geographical region
  • Be primary contact for Corporate Fleets and their approved leasing companies
  • Manage Corporate demonstrator usage by your individual customers / prospects to ensure maximum exposure of the Brand
  • Attend and participate in key industry / customer events as necessary to grow the awareness of the brand  

 Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum A Level or Equivalent education
  • At least 3 years automotive B2B experience  
  • A full understanding of the UK fleet market, TCO modelling, RV principles and excellent sales and relationship building skills.
  • Strong communicator in all forms (written, oral and presentations)
  • Proficient in use of all Microsoft applications especially PowerPoint and Excel
