Job description

We have a great opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor looking for a start within motor trade industry.

The main purpose of the Vospers Parts team is to accurately identify and sell vehicle parts to customers whilst also providing technical sales advice in a customer friendly manner. You will assist with a wide variety of Parts tasks and be pro-active in supporting the Parts team with the smooth operations of the business.

In the role of Apprentice Parts Advisor you will be assisting the Parts Advisors and other members of the team, at our Truro location, the duties include the following learning processes:

Electronic parts catalogues look up

Serving our internal and external customers

Parts locations and look up

Ordering of parts

Receiving in parts

Stock checking

Booking out parts and invoicing/Crediting.

The ideal candidate will be organised, a good communicator, a team player, be able to work under pressure.

Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate. The aim of this position is to give the successful candidate an opening into the automotive industry and in return, to give the employer a fully trained 'fully fledged' Parts Advisor to mould into their dealership.
