Purpose of the role

  • The main purpose of the MINI Aftersales Programme Manager – Parts is to develop strategies relating to parts programmes within MINI UK to develop and improve the Aftersales business and Retailer network. The key objectives are to improve the brands Parts Retention, Dealer Parts profitability whilst also increasing overall Aftersales Service Customer Satisfaction through support of current Parts programmes and development of new short, medium and long term programmes and initiatives in order to support the strategic objectives of the brand

 

Team Environment

  • Working in the MINI UK Head office you will be part of a vibrant, forward thinking team in a modern fresh-thinking workplace. You will be part of a new and developing Team consisting of around 8 team members including 2 complimentary Aftersales Programme Managers covering Service and Accessories and 3 Product Development Executives working alongside you to drive, invigorate and develop the MINI Aftersales business and customer ownership lifecycle.

Candidate Responsibilities

•       Development of Parts Retention programmes and initiatives

  • Identification of current Aftersales Parts retention issues, action items / risks and proposal of appropriate action resolution
  • Programme benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Market KPI reporting, dashboard development and analysis
  • Identification of Aftersales retention and profitability issues, action items and risks
  • Development of marketing/campaign support  business plan
  • Support OEM promotional field events including network Retailer site visits
  • Monitoring and improvement of Parts Customer Satisfaction activity and results reporting to OEM management

 

 

Candidate Specification

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in development and implementation of Aftersales Parts Programmes
  • A visionary with entrepreneurial flair
  • Analytical, KPI and data driven decision maker
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction principles
  • Flexible approach to work – forward thinking, self-sufficient, self-starter
  • Ability to develop and build customer and internal relationships
  • Understanding of opportunity development and marketing concepts
  • Demonstrable ability to add value and improve performance
  • Ability to liaise and interact at all levels within the MINI UK and Retailer network
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint and Excel

 

 

Competencies and Skills required

  • Good understanding and knowledge of Aftersales operations
  • Proactive approach to business development
  • Vibrant, energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible and proactive personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator at all levels

Working hours

  • Full time and prepared to work overtime when needed
