Our client a busy franchised dealership in Cambridgeshire have the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Supervisor to join their team.

Join our client as an Aftersales Supervisor and be an integral member of the team. Friendly and professional, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the parts department and stock management. You will have supervisory responsibilities and report directly to the Aftersales Manager.

You will have Automotive Parts Department experience along with Supervisory skills, sales ability, customer care and a confident phone manner are imperative to carry out this role to the high standards required. Also the ability to develop and maintain excellent relations with customers by not only meeting but exceeding their expectations will play a crucial part in helping them drive their business forward.

You will be a professional and friendly individual that can accurately identify customer service & parts requirements and process the parts order and service requirements in a prompt and courteous manner in a busy environment.

Previous motor trade parts experience is essential along with a full UK driving license.
