I have a brand new role in Kingston, working within the Main Dealership's Aftersales Department .....

  • Monday to Friday 8-6pm
  • Must be computer and iPad literate as you will be working on the Digital side of the business. 
  • This role requires you to be customer facing meeting and greeting and Moving vehicles, so you must hold a Full Clean Manual UK Driving Licence.

Job Description

My client has this brand new opening for a successful candidate, they have never recruited for this type of role so I'm looking for an ambitious individual who can be responsible and have excellent customer service skills including strong IT skills.
You will be the first point of call for all customers' coming into the dealership with their cars that need repairs and servicing carried out on their vehicle.

You will meet them and introduce yourself, collect keys and take car to the allocated bay.
Show and introduce them to your Service Advisor in Branch.
After the car is ready for customer make sure they are happy, show them the Video Appraisal of work carried out on the vehicle.

Other aspects of your role will include:

  1. Maintaining logs and records
  2. Working along side the Service Advisor and Aftersales Department
  3. Working within the Aftersales Digital Department
  4. Working from an iPad
  5. Video appraisal work
  6. Site Control - maintaining the car park and bays for customers' cars
  7. Customer service 

Excellent Salary, Main Dealership experience would be an advantage......
