Our client are a franchise dealer group - who are looking for an aftersales professional to join their busy team in a freshly created role of Aftersales Retention Manager.
This role would suit someone currently working in a franchised dealership in aftersales or someone with motor trade experience.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a professional telephone manner and be self motivated.
Salary and Benefits:
£18,000 Salary plus Bonus OTE £20,000
Type of Role:
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:* To try and make loyal Aftersales customers remain loyal.
Skills and Experience Required:
It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months current or recent experience as a Service Advisor in automotive retail which could include a Franchise Dealership, or have relevant auto trade experience and you must hold a full valid driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high CSI scores, achievement of sales objectives, clear and effective communications and a friendly but professional approach with customers.
