As Service Manager you will assume accountability for delivering the highest levels of service in this fast paced dealership and to improve CSI levels. You will look after a team of operatives, mentoring them and coaching them to success.
You will be tasked with continuously monitoring the achievement of Customer Service levels and provide ongoing support to Parts and Sales Departments as well as developing Service Department Plans and Budgets to achieve agreed financial targets.
As a member of the management team you will need to contribute to the development of the business and to the public relation activities of the dealership.
You will need to review the training programme for all members of staff to ensure the progressive development of all personnel along with monitoring and controlling the profitability and productivity of the Service Department.
