Our client a prestige franchised dealership in Bury St Edmunds have the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their management team.
As s Service Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you’ll inspire your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional. Naturally confident, with proven managerial experience you will have strong leadership skills, along with the ability to implement change, strengthen our business and take the dealership to new heights.
Your duties will include: maximising commercial opportunities, monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service, selecting and recruiting members of the Service Team and ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements. You will assist in achieving Sales & Financial targets, with defined operating and financial guidelines. You will contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Previous Service Management experience is essential, premium or prestige brand experience would be advantageous. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
