We are currently searching for an individual who can add considerable value to our state of the art Audi Centre in Leicester. This role is designed to enable this person to interact with our Aftersales Customers to ensure the level of service we provide is nothing less than 5 stars. The right person will have the ability to liaise with all of the Aftersales Team to help prevent any circumstances where our level of service would fall below exceptional. Talking to our customers to identify the individual touches that really do put the icing on the cake would all be in day’s work for the successful candidate. Think along the lines of 5 star hotel concierge service and you would be along the right the lines of what we are looking for. Daily meetings with our diary prep and pre call team would be essential to identify customer needs and the details that would give the reaction from our customers that we are looking for. The role supports our front of house team and reports directly to the Aftersales Manager.
