Salary: £10,190 Per Annum
Hours of Work: Monday To Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm

The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient and friendly customer service as the first point of contact for all our customers and visitors.
Non Exhaustive Duties Include:
Operate a screen based computerised switchboard (Mitel) Process all incoming calls Handle enquiries received into the dealership Welcome all visitors to reception Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing post Send and receiving faxes Prepare mail shots General administrative / ad hoc duties
Excellent communication and customer service skills Very good attention to detail Team spirited approach and willingness to deal with whatever is required Good keyboard skills Flexible with working hours to ensure cover as necessary Well presented, highly organised and helpful
