Our client is searching for an Aftersales Manager with luxury/premium brand experience to oversee their multi brand Aftersales operation.
The After Sales Manager will be required to implement and drive the teams - Service Managers, Front of House, Service Advisers, Workshop Managers and Technicians alike. The After Sales Manager must have a proven background, preferably in luxury/premium brands.
The successful After Sales Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, setting and driving targets, representing location at board meetings, HR, Recruiting and continued training of staff, customer service management, IT functions and other ad hoc duties
Arabic language is desirable although not essential.
